Turns out I just had to re-download the Resource.cfg file - don't know why, but what the heck! My CC is back! Thank you to all the wonderful Simmers who helped me with this - I love you guys! *squish group hug*
So yeah. I mustered up the courage to load up my legacy again and nothing was affected, so the next chapter is now up! Hoorah!
